Three developed areas, shed/carport,
work space and nice house site
This large property has 2 developed work areas and a developed house site
with views. Convenient access and could suit almost any project.
Goose Creek SD is located off the paved highway 6 miles
from the town of Thorne Bay. This property is about a mile into the
subdivision and so access to the paved road is convenient. Power and phone
are available, and water in this area is generally provided for by
catchment.
This property has a lot to offer! There are three
developed areas. The bottom area is located just off the road.
The middle area is via another driveway and goes up a hill. About half
way up is the shed/carport and at the top is the largest gravel area or home
site.

Here you can see the driveway going up the hill to the
carport and house site. The bottom gravel area starts from the bottom
left corner of photo 1.

The bottom gravel area. Photo 1 looks toward the
road, photo 2 looks back. It is actually deeper than it looks. This car not
included. This is a good area for almost any business or work project,
less than a mile to the paved highway, this is the road to the South Thorne
Bay Subdivision, so you would get good exposure. Nice and level, this area
is easy to use! Could be a great place for storage, or your own cabin and
workshop!

Halfway up the hill the shed/carport is located. I
have heard that this was a cabin and has had people living in it, so it
could be called a cabin, but I was unable to get inside to confirm this.
Part of it is attached to the camper. Property comes "as is" including
the vehicles and other things.

Leaving the middle area to go to the top level (wouldn't
that make a great site for a really cute cabin?...)

Ah ha! The top site, would make for a great house site but
has so far been used as a work area. The developed area measures
approximately 100x150, and has nice high forest views. here you cannot
see any neighbors, so you could live in a convenient place to work, but
still feel lost in Alaska. High like this, you would get a gentle breeze in
summer and lots of sun. You would need 4WD for the driveway in winter
or you could redesign the driveway.

Or keep it as a work area. Put a cabin here for your
fishing / hunting trips and use the rest of the space for whatever grand
project you have never had room for before. At the end of the Goose
Creek SD, this area is private too!
