The property has power and phone.  Water is from rain catchment and a septic wastewater system.  The property is water accessible, it is about a 10 minute skiff ride to Davidson's Landing in South Thorne Bay and 15 minutes to the Thorne Bay dock.  The property is connected to the mainland of South Thorne Bay, and it is physically possible to walk to the lot but it is steep and permission must be obtained from the connecting property owners. It is actually a really nice boat ride! The bay has a lot of fresh water in it and it has been known to freeze in part in winter.  

Be aware, boat accessible living and stairways are not for everyone, and this is a rainforest, so ongoing maintenance for any property is a must!  But if it is for you, here you can find a nice waterfront home for a good price, and everything else is just part of the adventure...
